Managed Training Program:
It is a proven fact that retaining salespeople is more cost effective and productive then replacing salespeople.  If the reason for termination is tardiness, insubordination or  anything other then performance, the only  decision is to replace that salesperson.  


However, if the the only reason is lack of performance, there is an alternative.  Finding out their weakness and providing a training program to allow them to improve is the best solution.  If the salesperson still does not perform, then they must be replaced.  We can help that too!

We provide a 90 plan and commitment form to get everyone on the same page.
We provide reporting parameters to track performance weekly

We email the individual salesperson their study plan on a weekly basis  
Modules are available  24/7, anywhere the internet is available
Training can be done  during lunch or break time
